Shipping Policy

4.1 We currently ship within Aotearoa (New Zealand). Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

4.2 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

4.3 Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic orders: Overnight delivery (after processing is complete)

4.4 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4.5 Huia Taonga Tuku Iho is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.

4.6 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
